C400 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the c400 platform. By registering for or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the rules set out here. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the c400 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and c400. This platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. Users below the stipulated age limit are strictly prohibited from registering for or using any c400 services.
C400 reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to the website. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
- Each user is permitted to register one account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
- Users are solely responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
- C400 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal or in the event of suspicious activity.
- Users must keep their account password confidential and must not disclose it to any other party.
- If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact the c400 support team immediately.
- C400 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
- The use of automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised means to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the c400 platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, counterfeit, or illegal activity.
- Attempting to manipulate, cheat, or exploit any vulnerability in the betting or gaming system.
- Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
- Using two or more accounts to gain an unfair advantage in promotions or betting.
- Distributing malicious software, viruses, or any code that could damage c400's systems or infrastructure.
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or negatively impacts other users' experience on the platform.
C400 reserves the right to take action against any account found to be in breach of the above rules, including temporary suspension, fund freezing, or permanent account closure.
Payment & Transaction Information
- All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the c400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers, FPX, and approved digital wallets.
- All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as set from time to time.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are legitimately theirs.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by c400, subject to successful identity verification.
- C400 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals for security review or regulatory compliance purposes.
- Any withdrawal attempts linked to fraudulent activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
- No refunds will be issued for any game or betting outcomes that have been fairly settled.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
C400 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violating any of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
- Failing to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the stipulated period may be terminated following prior notice.
Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the c400 platform are the exclusive property of c400 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such materials without prior written authorisation.
C400 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical failures, or unauthorised access by third parties beyond c400's control. c400's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
The c400 platform may contain links to third-party websites. c400 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing third-party websites is done entirely at the user's own risk.
C400 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the c400 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved before being referred to the relevant authorities.
